Helena Harbor Industrial Park
Developing a Gigawatt Campus in the Helena Harbor Industrial Park - East Arkansas
Garrison Data Partners & Stadium Partners are pleased to announce the launch of the Apollo Project - the Largest Hyperscale Data Center Site in Arkansas
About the Apollo Project
• Our Vision
Located in a 4000-acre industrial park and slack water harbor on the Mississippi River, this campus will operate with a blend of on-grid and islanded power. Upon completion, our 500-acre greenfield campus will host several hyperscale data centers. Drawing power from multiple grids and a diverse workforce from three states, the site will provide hundreds of well-paying jobs in an area traditionally overlooked in the data center market. With critical speeds from a fiber backbone that connects the site to key markets like Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas, Project Apollo will be the pioneer site as Arkansas becomes a vital data center market in the near future.
• Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the infrastructure and investment to ensure America stays at the forefront of the AI and digital infrastructure revolution. We do so with a commitment to local economic growth and workforce development with every project
Access to Fiber
Boasting speeds of 20 milliseconds with connectivity to critical markets in Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas along the Diamond State Network fiber backbone, and capacity of 400+ gigabytes per second -- the campus is a fit for even the most data intensive AI and colocation uses.
Why
Arkansas?
Access to Labor
With a workforce of over 1 million individuals within 60 miles, and 4 local community colleges within 45 miles – the site will be able to source jobs within the local community.
Access to Power
