Access to Water
River water and ground water can be accessed with simple permits. Quality of ground water is extremely high and the property abuts the Mississippi River, allowing for direct draw. Municipal provider can supply some potable water. Some facility upgrades ($2-5 million) to delivery capacities required for cooling operations at scale.
Why
Arkansas?

Access to Labor
With a workforce of over 1 million individuals within 60 miles, and 4 local community colleges within 45 miles – the site will be able to source jobs within the local community.

Access to Power
As a “seam site” with access to 3 different electrical markets, the Apollo - Powered Land Site will be able to take advantage of increases in capacity across different regions as additional generation comes online, allowing for further growth and expansion in the future.

Tax Incentives
New legislation abates sales taxes on new data center builds for up to 10 years with payroll commitments. Full tax-impact abatement for the life of the facility has been granted to near-by data centers who have committed to large in-state investments.
